1.Horticultural Perlite:
Horticultural Perlite is a naturally occurring volcanic rock. When heated at high temperatures, the perlite sand "pops up" and expands 7 to 15 times its original volume. The resulting lightweight particles are composed of microscopic spheres with a porous fracture surface that promotes plant growth. This allows ventilation and drainage of the root system and provides water and nutrient retention.
Perlite is siliceous volcanic glass engendered from volcano eruption, it is named for its distinctive concentric cracks that is similar as pearl's. Perlite ore includes perlite, obsidian and pitchstone. After heating to high temperature, perlite expands into the new style light weight material. It's non-toxic, odorless, fireproof, heat insulating and sound absorptive, and also with low heat conduction coefficient, stable chemical property and application in wide temperature scale, etc.
1)Propagation of seedlings and cuttings
2)Soil conditioning
3)Hydroponics
4)Roof deck gardens and eco-roofs
5)Nursery stock
6)Hanging baskets
7)Turf enhancement
8)Newly planted trees and plants
Benefits: Contains nutrients that plants can use, potassium, magnesium and calcium.help plant rooting, without pests.
Benefits: Used as planting material or mixed with potting soil has properties that help absorb water and ventilate depending on the plant type
Benefits:is super lightweight, inorganic, easy to construction, innocuous. Perlite widely used in seedling soil media, cultivation substance, soil amendment substance, city greening, garden roof, etc.

5.Expanded Perlite's Applications:
1.1-3/2-4/3-6mm is widely used in horticulture, urban greening to improve the soil porosity and ventilation, and withhold water and fertilizer.
2.Widely used in oxygen manufacturer and freezer as well as insulating layer in transporting liquid oxygen and hydrogen.
3.Used to filter liquor, oil, medicine, food and dirty water.
4.Used as filling and dilating agent in rubber, painter and plastic, etc.
5.Used as catalyst in explosives.
6.Used to absorb floating oil.
7.Mixed with different adhesive to make templates of different sizes and functions.
8.Used as in large volume as insulating layers in industrial smelting.
